Three kitchen herbs with anti-tumor effect

  1. In the kitchen many vegetable seasonings are used which are not only tasty, but also very healthy. Culinary herbs provide vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and an enormous amount of different nutrients (the so-called phytonutrients). Some herbs even contain active ingredients that have been linked to a reduction in the risk of cancer.

Turmeric

  1. Turmeric is the root of the turmeric plant and is also known as turmeric or turmeric. It is often used in ground form in curry mixtures and gives it the recognizable yellow color. The taste is mildly bitter. Turmeric has many mechanisms of action and is not only applicable against cancer. Good results have also been achieved with Alzheimer's disease (dementia), joint complaints and various inflammations. It is not without reason that turmeric has been used as a medicine in Indian folk medicine (Ayurveda) for thousands of years.

Garlic

These are released when cutting garlic cloves through the conversion of allicin. Garlic also contains flavonoids and the trace element selenium.
