A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken, olive oil, dry white wine, garlic (halved), rosemary (a 15 g), chicken broth (from tablet) and chilli (mill).

Directions

  1. Cut the legs of the chicken, and cut them on the joint in half so that you have two chicken drumsticks and two thighs.
  2. Cut the wings of the chicken and cut the breast of the carcass.
  3. Keep the carcass.
  4. Sprinkle everything with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken and the carcass in 5 min.
  6. On high heat around brown.
  7. Turn down the heat and add half of the wine, the half roll of rolling garlic and rosemary and let the chicken be cooked without the lid in 1 hour.
  8. Turn everything regularly and scrape off the cakes from the bottom of the pan.
  9. Add something wine or stock when it gets dry.
  10. Remove the pieces of breast (the fillets) and the carcass from the pan after 30 minutes if they feel firm and are done.
  11. Keep the fillets separate.
  12. Remove the garlic from the pan if it becomes too dark.
  13. Put the fillets back in the pan when the rest of the chicken is done.
  14. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 15 minutes with the lid on the pan.
  15. Sprinkle with chili pepper to taste..
