A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken, olive oil, dry white wine, garlic (halved), rosemary (a 15 g), chicken broth (from tablet) and chilli (mill).

Cut the legs of the chicken, and cut them on the joint in half so that you have two chicken drumsticks and two thighs.

Cut the wings of the chicken and cut the breast of the carcass.

Keep the carcass.

Sprinkle everything with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken and the carcass in 5 min.

On high heat around brown.

Turn down the heat and add half of the wine, the half roll of rolling garlic and rosemary and let the chicken be cooked without the lid in 1 hour.
