Arugula with steak


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, unsalted cashew nuts, snow peas, cucumber, green asparagus tips (100 g), steak (2 pieces, approx. 325 g), extra virgin olive oil, chilli (mill), soy sauce, garlic (pressed), lime (squeezed), arugula (lettuce and a 75 g).

Directions

  1. Roast the nuts for 4 minutes in a dry pan and leave to cool on a plate. Bring a pot of water to the boil and boil the snow peas in 3 minutes until al dente. Rinse them under cold running water and drain. Halve the cucumber in the length, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut the halves into slices. Halve the asparagus tips.
  2. Dab the steaks dry with paper towels. Brush thinly with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with pepper and chili pepper. Heat the grill pan and brown the meat in 5 minutes. Turn halfway. Cover with aluminum foil, let rest and cut into strips.
  3. For the dressing, mix the rest of the oil with the soy sauce and garlic. Add lime juice and pepper and salt to taste. Divide the rocket, the snow peas, the cucumber, the asparagus tips and the steak over 4 plates. Pour the dressing over and sprinkle with the cashew nuts.
