Avocado salad with strawberries, raspberries and feta
Salad of avocado, giant beans, strawberries, imoen, mayonnaise, feta, lamb's lettuce and raspberries with spelled bread.

Put the beans in a sieve, rinse and drain. Meanwhile wash the strawberries and remove the crowns.

Cut the avocado half in half, remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into strips.

Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out half of the fruit.

Mix the lime zest and juice with the mayonnaise to a limo dressing. Cut the feta into cubes.

Spread the lamb's lettuce over a flat dish. Spread the beans, strawberries, avocado, feta and raspberries over it.

Drizzle with the lime dressing. Grind some fresh pepper.

Heat the grill pan. Cut the bread into 8 slices. Gril 4 slices 4 min. Halfway. Grill 4 more slices. Serve the salad with the bread.
