Avocado salad with strawberries, raspberries and feta


Salad of avocado, giant beans, strawberries, imoen, mayonnaise, feta, lamb's lettuce and raspberries with spelled bread.

Directions

  1. Put the beans in a sieve, rinse and drain. Meanwhile wash the strawberries and remove the crowns.
  2. Cut the avocado half in half, remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into strips.
  3. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out half of the fruit.
  4. Mix the lime zest and juice with the mayonnaise to a limo dressing. Cut the feta into cubes.
  5. Spread the lamb's lettuce over a flat dish. Spread the beans, strawberries, avocado, feta and raspberries over it.
  6. Drizzle with the lime dressing. Grind some fresh pepper.
  7. Heat the grill pan. Cut the bread into 8 slices. Gril 4 slices 4 min. Halfway. Grill 4 more slices. Serve the salad with the bread.
