Directions

  1. Light the barbecue.
  2. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon, halve the fruit and press out one half.
  3. Mix the grater, juice and mayonnaise in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Spoon with the white cabbage.
  4. Grill the sausages in about 10 minutes until done. Times regularly.
  5. Meanwhile, cut open the buns and put a sausage on each bun. Spoon the coleslaw and serve immediately.
