Light the barbecue.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon, halve the fruit and press out one half.

Mix the grater, juice and mayonnaise in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Spoon with the white cabbage.

Grill the sausages in about 10 minutes until done. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, cut open the buns and put a sausage on each bun. Spoon the coleslaw and serve immediately.
