Remove bacon from the pan, heat half of the butter, and stir-fry the mushrooms and potatoes for 8 minutes.

Sprinkle the tartar with salt and pepper and cook until tender in 7 minutes. Spread bacon by potatoes. Serving the potatoes with sprouts and tartar.
