Stuffed Porkfillet
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, old white bread, fresh parsley (30 g), fresh chives (a 25 g), fresh cream cheese, mustard, salt and pepper and pork fillets (a ca. 100 g).

Cocktail sticks soak in cold water. Cut crusts of bread and crumble bread above bowl. Parsley and chives above it finely cut. Mix in cream cheese and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill the pork fillets from the edge lengthways. Add cream cheese filling and fill with filet steaks with cocktail sticks.

Spread the filet with pepper and roast on a barbecue for about 10 minutes and roast halfway through. Sprinkle with salt.
