Bacon-spears
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon steaks, tandoori (350 g), Amsterdam onions (a 340 g), cumin seeds, yoghurt (Greek style (a 500 g)) and extra virgin olive oil.

Light the barbecue. Thread the bacon in a zigzag or metal skewer and baste an onion in each 'bend'. Grill the skewers in 5 minutes around.

Meanwhile, toast in a frying pan without oil or butter the cumin seeds 2 min. Mix in a bowl with the yogurt. Make a well in the middle and pour in the oil. Do not stir. Serve at the skewers. Tasty with chickpea salad and a baked potato.
