A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon steaks, tandoori (350 g), Amsterdam onions (a 340 g), cumin seeds, yoghurt (Greek style (a 500 g)) and extra virgin olive oil.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Thread the bacon in a zigzag or metal skewer and baste an onion in each 'bend'. Grill the skewers in 5 minutes around.
  2. Meanwhile, toast in a frying pan without oil or butter the cumin seeds 2 min. Mix in a bowl with the yogurt. Make a well in the middle and pour in the oil. Do not stir. Serve at the skewers. Tasty with chickpea salad and a baked potato.
