Apple and ham with creamy leeks.

Directions

  1. Slice the garlic. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the leek and cook over a high heat for 3 minutes. Change regularly.
  2. Add the cream, ham and mustard and heat for another 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the apple into pieces and remove the core. Cut the slices into thin strips (julienne). Spoon the apple through the leek.
