Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Clean the potatoes and wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and place them on the grid. Puff them until done in about 1 hour.
  3. Then prick a fork or stick through the aluminum foil. Gives these little to no resistance, then the potatoes are ready.
  4. Chop the shallot finely and finely chop the parsley. Mix the cheese with the crème fraîche, shallot and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Unfold the aluminum foil, cut the potatoes crosswise and push them open slightly. Spoon the herb cream into the potatoes or serve separately.
