Baked potato with prawns
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes, red pepper, sunflower oil, broccoli florets (a 300 g), spring onions, Dutch shrimps (a 100 g) and fish sauce cocktail (150 g).

Clean potatoes and prick them with a fork.

Cook on kitchen paper in microwave at full power (700 watts) in approx.

12 minutes.

Place the potatoes in the kitchen towel and let them cook for approx.

10 minutes.

Meanwhile, pepper, clean and chip.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry peppers for about 3 minutes.

Cook broccoli in approx.
-
6 minutes.

Clean the forest onions and cut into thin rings.

Mix shrimp with paprika, spring onion and cocktail sauce.

Grab the potatoes and cut them slightly, spread them over four plates and put in shrimp mixture.

Serve with broccoli..
