Baked potatoes with onion rings
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: onion, butter, solid potatoes, oil and parsley (finely chopped).

Peel onion and cut into thin rings.

Melt butter in a large frying pan with a non-stick coating and lightly brown them in 10 min.

Meanwhile, peel potatoes, cut into slices of 1/2 cm thick and wash.

Carefully pat dry slices of tea towel (or with thick layer of kitchen paper).

Create onion rings on plate.

Add oil to shortening in pan and let it heat up.

Potato slices spread over pan and covered, on medium heat in 10 min.

Almost cooked.
-
Remove the lid from the pan, add the fried onion rings and let potatoes be golden brown and cooked on both sides for 5-10 minutes.

Sprinkle potatoes with salt and parsley.
