Basic recipe spaghetti with tomato sauce
Spaghetti with tomato sauce of peeled tomatoes, garlic, onion, anchovy fillet and basil.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom on medium heat, heat the anchovy fillets while stirring in the olive oil, until they fall apart.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Fry the onion and the garlic in the anchovy oil.

Add the tomato cubes with juice, if the onions are glassy. Let the tomatoes cook on low heat. Stir occasionally.

Press the large pieces of tomato piece with the back of a wooden spoon. Season with freshly ground pepper and salt and the sugar.

Turn down the heat and let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Finally tear the basil leaves over the pan and stir in a little extra olive oil for the taste.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of water with plenty of salt al dente. Drain the spaghetti well.

Put the spaghetti on the sauce and top it over once again on high heat.

Serve the spaghetti with tomato sauce in deep (pasta) plates and garnish with the cheese chips.
