Cheese flans with corn, lettuce and ham
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, flour, paprika, egg, milk, young cheese (ground (175 g)), spring onions (3 pieces), corn kernels (crispy (300 g)), lettuce, ham cubes (250 g), (sunflower) oil and yoghurt dressing (a 450 ml).

In a large bowl of flour, stir with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, paprika powder, egg and half of milk until thick batter.

Add leftover milk and 1 dl of water little by little.

Stir in cheese.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Let corn kernels drain.

Clean and cut into strips.

Mix in large quantities onions, corn, strips of lettuce, ham and 1/2 tsp of pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in 2 frying pans, ladle ladle batter in each pan, leave batter on bottom so that the bottom is covered.

Crêpes on both sides brown boxes.

Let slide on board and keep warm covered.

Fry the remaining flanges (about 12).

Lay on each flange of lettuce leaf, create some spoonfuls of corn mixture and add 1 tbsp dressing over it.

Roll up the rolls or fold them in half..
