Bbq sausage with grilled romain lettuce and ranch dressing
Delicious barbecue sausage with cheese and grilled romain lettuce with a homemade ranch dressing of sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk and chives.
Light the barbecue with a firestarter or one minute lighter. After 10 minutes the barbecue is ready for use.
Meanwhile, mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise and buttermilk into a dressing. Cut or cut the chives into small pieces and add.
Grill the sausages in approx. 12 minutes. Times regularly. Cut the heads of lettuce into quarters and grill for the last 4 minutes.
Divide the sausages and skip 4 plates. Drizzle the salad with some dressing. Serve the rest of the dressing separately as a fresh sauce with the sausages.
