Bean dish with avocado
Vegetarian minced meat with kidney beans, finely chopped, red peppers and avocado.
Cut the onions. Cut the garlic finely and the peppers into pieces.
Let the kidney beans drain.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the minced beef and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the kidney beans, spice mix and water and simmer gently for 8 minutes.
Stir occasionally. Meanwhile, peel the avocado and cut the flesh into cubes.
Spread the bean mixture over the plates. Divide the avocado over it. Serve immediately.
