Bean sprouts salad with grilled tuna


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, bean sprouts (250 g), spring onions, red pepper, sesame oil, olive oil, fish sauce (bottle), honey and tuna steak (approx. 120 g).

Directions

  1. Sprinkle bean sprouts with boiling water in colander.
  2. Cut the forest onions into rings.
  3. Sweet pepper and very finely cut.
  4. Serve from sesame oil, 2 tbsp olive oil, fish sauce and honey dressing.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Heat up the grill pan.
  7. Cut tuna into 8 strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Cover with the rest of oil tuna and fish in 4 min.
  9. On both sides of the outside brown and inside rosé grilling.
  10. Mix the bean sprouts, spring onions and dressing, spread over four plates and sprinkle with paprika.
  11. Distribute tuna over salad..
