Beef curry with coconut beans
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, basmati rice, green beans, coconut milk (400 ml), spring onions, tomatoes, sunflower oil, beef strips natural (about 400 g) and Thai green curry paste (pot a 225 g).
Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
Eat green beans and halve.
Cook green beans in coconut milk in 7 min.
Cut the forest onions into large pieces.
Clean tomatoes, halve and cut into strips.
Heat in wok oil.
Meat strips in portions in wokkenoen and 2 min stir-fry.
Create curry paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the spring onion, tomato and 2 tbsp water and heat for another 1 min.
Season the meat and green beans with salt and pepper.
To serve rice with meat curry and green beans (with coconut milk)..
