A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, basmati rice, green beans, coconut milk (400 ml), spring onions, tomatoes, sunflower oil, beef strips natural (about 400 g) and Thai green curry paste (pot a 225 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. Eat green beans and halve.
  3. Cook green beans in coconut milk in 7 min.
  4. Cut the forest onions into large pieces.
  5. Clean tomatoes, halve and cut into strips.
  6. Heat in wok oil.
  7. Meat strips in portions in wokkenoen and 2 min stir-fry.
  8. Create curry paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Add the spring onion, tomato and 2 tbsp water and heat for another 1 min.
  10. Season the meat and green beans with salt and pepper.
  11. To serve rice with meat curry and green beans (with coconut milk)..
