Beef stroganoff
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fast-cooking rice, steak (total approx. 400 g), onion, red pepper, peas very fine (frozen) (450 g), butter or margarine, meat sauce stroganoff (350 g, Cuisine Cas Spijkers) and salt and pepper.

Cook rice according to instructions.

Meanwhile cut steak into strips.

Peel and chop onions.

Pepper, clean and cut into strips.

Prepare peas according to instructions.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Add steak and fry.

Add sauce and co-heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix rice and peas.
