Black lemon olives with ouzo
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: black olives with pita, ouzo (Greek drink), olive oil, lemon, parsley, shallot, garlic and (cayenne) pepper.

Drain the olives and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Put Ouzo and oil in the bowl and beat it together.

Clean the lemon thoroughly and grate off the peel (the rest of the lemon is not used).

Parsley fine cut over oil.

Cut the shall and cut it into pieces.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.
-
Prepare olives, shallots and garlic with oil.
-
Season with (cayenne) pepper.
-
Keep the olives covered for at least 1 day..
