Boiled and fried chicken
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken (about 1500 g), shallots, sugar, lemon, ginger root, chicken bouillon, koenjit, laos, salt, bay leaves, pepper, flour and deep-frying oil.

Cut chicken into 4 pieces: the legs and breast pieces. Chop and shred scallops. Pan the chicken with so much water that chicken is under and add 15 g of sugar per liter of water. Squeeze out the lemon. Ginger root peel and grate. Sash the shallots, ginger, lemon juice, stock cube, koenjit, laos, salt and bay leaves. Cook chicken in about 30 minutes. Allow chicken to cool in cooking water.
