Braised pork


A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes, spring onions, hammocks, oil, Balinese herb paste (see tip), sweet soy sauce, pepper and nutmeg.

Directions

  1. Grate tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into strips.
  2. Cut the spring onions into 2 cm pieces.
  3. Cut meat into thin slices (across the wire).
  4. Heat up the stirring of wok oil and spice paste until it starts to smell good.
  5. Add slices of meat and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  6. Fry the onion, tomato, ketjapmarinadeen and add 1 dl of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
  8. Serve with rice and green beans or cucumber salad..
