Braised pork
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes, spring onions, hammocks, oil, Balinese herb paste (see tip), sweet soy sauce, pepper and nutmeg.

Grate tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into strips.

Cut the spring onions into 2 cm pieces.

Cut meat into thin slices (across the wire).

Heat up the stirring of wok oil and spice paste until it starts to smell good.

Add slices of meat and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Fry the onion, tomato, ketjapmarinadeen and add 1 dl of water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Season with pepper and nutmeg.

Serve with rice and green beans or cucumber salad..
