Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Cut the ham into strips, stew the onion into rings and the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the ham and onion 2 min.
  3. Add the tomatoes, endive and herbs and stir-fry for 8 minutes. Spread over the baking dish.
