Bread rolls


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: orange, white bread mix (500 g Koopmans), butter, citron (100 g De Jong) and butter to grease.

Directions

  1. Peel off orange peels and zest.
  2. Squeeze orange, juice with water to 3 dl.
  3. Grease molds.
  4. Mix bread with butter, orange zest, spilled orange juice and glazed peel into a bowl of dough.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and let dough rise for 10 minutes in a warm place.
  6. Divide dough into 15 pieces and roll into oval bread.
  7. lay out rolls of rolls in shapes with a damp tea towel and allow to rise for approx.
  8. 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  10. Bake the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the buns for approx.
  11. 15 minutes and brown.
  12. Cover rolls with water and allow to cool on a rack.
  13. Tasty with (Christmas) cream..
