Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Put the oatmeal, nut mix, sesame seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon and coconut oil in the food processor and blend into a coherent whole.

Spread the mixture over a griddle covered with parchment paper. Press well into a pizza with a diameter of 20 cm. and fry in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown and done.

Remove the bottom from the oven and allow to cool for about 1 hour.

Divide the curd on the bottom just before serving and leave 2 cm from the edges.

Divide the red fruits over it and serve immediately. If necessary, garnish with some mint.
