Brie with port plums
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: red port, liquid honey, dried plum without pit, brown pistol, all-tie, brie (about 135 g) and thyme.

Heat in a saucepan port with honey.

Add plums to port and heat port for about 10 minutes to the boil.

bread rolls into 8 slanting, very thin slices.

Bread rolls of bread roll brown and crispy in toaster.

Prune the plums with port while stirring with a tie.

Cut slices of bread rolls over four plates.

Place 1 slice of brie and 1 plum on each slice.

Garnish with a bit of port sauce and sprig of thyme..
