Broccoli anchovy dish


Stir-fried broccoli and onion, with a spicy touch of anchovies.

Directions

  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stalk and cut into slices. Cook 4 minutes in water with salt. Drain and drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the anchovies and 1 tbsp oil from the can on low heat in a frying pan and press the anchovies with a wooden spoon into small pieces.
  3. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. In the meantime, cut the garlic finely.
  4. Add the broccoli and garlic to the anchovy mixture and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Season with pepper.
