Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt the butter on low heat in a saucepan together with the chocolate.
  3. Turn off the heat before the butter and chocolate are completely melted. The residual heat ensures that everything melts nicely. Stir through.
  4. Mix the eggs with the caster and granulated sugar and the salt with a mixer in 4 minutes to an airy, light brown mass.
  5. Sift the flour and the cocoa powder above and spatula together. Fold in the butter-chocolate mixture.
  6. Line the bottom of both forms with baking paper and grease the edges. Divide the batter over the 2 molds and bake for 35 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  7. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 3 hours in the mold.
  8. Remove the brownies from the mold and place one on a flat dish. Put the ring of the spring form around it again.
  9. Spoon the mascarpone onto the brownie and smooth. Lay the other brownie upside down, with the flat side up. Press light.
  10. Remove the ring from the spring form and, if necessary, smooth the mascarpone with a spatula.
  11. Melt the chocolate glaze according to the instructions on the package, pour over the cake and let it run over the edges.
  12. Wash the strawberries, remove the crowns and halve the larger ones. Place the strawberries and raspberries on the cake and serve. Garnish with powdered sugar.
