Bruschetta with lamb and lemon mayonnaise
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon (grated and pressed), olive oil, garlic, floor bread, lamb shavings à la minute, mayonnaise, watercress and sundried tomatoes in oil (in strips).

Mix half of lemon zest and half of lemon juice with 2 tbsp oil and salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Halve garlic and rub bread with it.

Spread the bread thinly (with a kitchen brush) with 1 tbsp oil.

Roast bread in grill pan on both sides until golden brown and allow to cool.

Cover lamb shreds on both sides with lemon oil.

Leg of lamb in grill pan in 3 min.

Brown and roast on the inside.

Unleave mayonnaise with leftover lemon zest and juice and season with salt and pepper.

Bruschetta successively invest with mayonnaise, watercress, tomato strips and leg of lamb.

Serve immediately..
