Burritos with mackerel


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red pepper, onion, olive oil, dinnerkit burrito flour tortilla (500 g), smoked mackerel fillet (à 200 g), peas (frozen) and mixed lettuce (200 g).

Directions

  1. Pepper, clean and cut into strips.
  2. Peel onion and cut into rings.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan.
  4. Bell peppers and onions for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add seasoning mix (from kit) with 280 ml of water.
  6. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx.
  7. 10 minutes.
  8. Remove mackerel from skin and divide into pieces.
  9. Mix mackerel and peas with pepper mixture and co-heat for about 5 minutes.
  10. Cook in microwave tortillas (from kit) according to instructions.
  11. Spread lettuce over tortillas, create fish mixture and roll up firmly.
  12. Serve with salsa sauce (from kit)..
