Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Bring water to a boil in a large pan and let the cannelloni boil for about 3 minutes. Rinse the cannelloni with cold water and let it drain.

Peel and chop the onion and the garlic. Slice the spinach. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes.

Add the minced meat and fry in about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and cook for about 3 minutes. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture.

Pour in a baking dish 1/2 of the soffritto. Place the cannelloni on top and pour the rest of the soffritto over it. Sprinkle the cheese over it.
