Delicious Cannelloni on Italian recipe, with minced meat and spinach.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a large pan and let the cannelloni boil for about 3 minutes. Rinse the cannelloni with cold water and let it drain.
  3. Peel and chop the onion and the garlic. Slice the spinach. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the minced meat and fry in about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and cook for about 3 minutes. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture.
  5. Pour in a baking dish 1/2 of the soffritto. Place the cannelloni on top and pour the rest of the soffritto over it. Sprinkle the cheese over it.
  6. Fry the cannelloni in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
