Tagliatelle with mussels
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tagliatelle (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, chili (mill), garlic (chopped), cherry tomatoes ((a 250 g), halved), mussels (a 150 g, chilled) , fresh basil (15 g) and chopped leaves).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chili and garlic for 1 min. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 min. On medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the mussels and the basil and cook for another 2 minutes. Divide the pasta over 4 deep plates and spoon over the sauce with the mussels. Tasty with stir-fried spinach.
