Cardamom sorbet with rice noodles


A nice Indian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: mihoen (rice noodles), turmeric, rose syrup ((toko) or strawberry lemon syrup), ground cardamom (spices), milk (ice cold), vanilla ice, white grapes (halved), almonds (unsalted and coarsely minced).

Directions

  1. Mihoen break into pieces and let it boil for 4 minutes in boiling water with turmeric.
  2. Do so in colander and let it drain.
  3. Pour the syrup into four tall glasses and distribute it.
  4. Stir cardamom through milk.
  5. Put 2 rolls of roll ice cream, a quarter of grapes and 100 ml of milk in each glass.
  6. Sprinkle almonds over it and serve sorbet with a long spoon and straw..
