Carrot-fish balls


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, rice, cod fillet (or coalfish fillet), egg, flour, winter carrot (in tiny blocks), oil, onions (chopped), garden peas (450 g and frozen).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Grind the fish fillet finely in the food processor with the egg and flour.
  3. Knead the carrot through the fish mixture.
  4. Make balls the size of a walnut with moist hands.
  5. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the balls in 10-12 min.
  6. Golden brown; times regularly.
  7. Heat the rest of the oil in a wok or deep pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
  8. Add the frozen garden peas and a glass of water, and reduce to low heat for 5 minutes.
  9. Scoop the rice through.
  10. Serve with the carrot fish balls..
