Carrot soup with meatballs
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, winter carrot, oil, orange juice, chicken broth (from tablet), fresh beef soup balls (about 200 g), freshly ground black pepper and whipped cream.

Clean winter carrots and slice them.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in soup pan and gently bake carrot slices for 5 min.

Add orange juice and stock and bring to the boil with lid.

Soup 10-15 min.

Gently simmer.

Meanwhile, press soupballs a little flatter, to form a pepernoot.

Slice a bit of coarse pepper above it.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and brown balls in 5 min.

Put the hand blender into a pot and puree soup.

Season with salt and pepper.

Soup soup into four deep plates and distribute meatballs over it.

Whip cream with soup..
