A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: flour, instant yeast (a 7 g), sugar, salt and olive oil.

                                Above large bowl of flour seven. Mix in yeast, sugar and salt. Make a dimple in the middle of the flour and pour in 2 lbs of warm water. Whip into nicely smooth dough in approx. 10 minutes. Form ball of dough and cover with moist tea towel. Allow the dough to rise for approx. 1 1/2 hours in warm place until the volume has doubled.

                                Preheat the oven to 225 ºC or gas oven 5. Dough a little more dough and flat ball of approx. 25 cm diameter. Grease the baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of oil and place doughball on it. Cut diamond-shaped pattern into top of dough ball with sharp knife. Spread the dough thinly with the rest of oil and cook until golden brown in approx. 25 minutes. Bread is cooked when it sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
