Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in 5 minutes until al dente.

Heat the oil in a pan over low heat and fry the coriander for 1 min. Raise the heat, add the cauliflower florets and cook for 1 min.

Finely chop the katjang pedis and sprinkle over the cauliflower.
