Celeriac soup with mushrooms
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, onions (chopped), sunflower oil, celeriac (diced), cooking cream (light), chicken broth (from tablet), mushroom melange (in strips) and fresh celery (finely chopped).

In a frying pan onion in half of oil, golden brown fruit.

Fold celeriac through and fry for 5 minutes.

Add cream and stock and simmer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the rest of oil in frying pan and fry mushrooms for 5 minutes on high heat, season with salt and pepper.

Mix with purée blender soup and season with salt and pepper.

Distribute soup over four bowls and put in mushrooms.

Sprinkle celery over it..
