Shrimp skewers with tomato-pepper dressing
A tasty Spanish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, tomato, red pepper, red pepper, garlic, olive oil (extra virgin), lemon juice, garlic chives (a 20 g), salt, cocktail shrimp (a 125 g) and young leaf lettuce (100 g).

Impregnating tomato, dipping a few seconds in boiling water, skinning with a sharp knife, stoning and cutting into small cubes.

Clean pepper, wash and cut into small pieces.

Clean red pepper, wash and finely chop the flesh with seeds.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Mix in small bowl of olive oil with lemon juice until thick vinaigrette.

Stir in tomato, paprika, red pepper and garlic.

Cut the garlic chives over the bowl fine and mix them.

Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.

Sow cocktail shrimps on satay prawns.

Spread over four plates and put shrimp skewers on it.

Dressing over shrimps and lettuce sprinkle, or serve separately..
