Cheese spring with fresh fig mojo
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: filo puff pastry (frozen) (225 g), fresh-up, fresh coriander (a 15 g), fresh garlic chives (a 20 g), lime, sambal bath, salt, light-weight Dutch goat's cheese, alfalfa (a 75 g ), stir-fry oil and cucumber.

(Can be half a day in advance) Approx. Sprinkle filo puff pastry 2 hours in advance according to the instructions. Wash figs and cut into small pieces. Chop coriander. Cut chives very finely. Lime well clean under cold running water and peel above bowl thin off grating. Lime squeezing. Make lime juice, coriander, sambal, pieces of fig and 1/2 part of chive through lime zest. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Figs for about 1 hour. Grease the baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix goat cheese into strips of approx. 5 cm long and 2 cm thick. Spread the sheets of filo puff pastry and halve. Place Alfalfa and chives in the middle of pieces of dough. Put cheese on it. Fold sides over cheese, wrap dough around cheese. Arrange spring rolls around with stir-frying oil and place on baking sheet.
