Cut chicken fillets into strips.
Peel avocados and cut into cubes.
Cut chicken strips, avocado cubes and celery salad and dressing together.
Season with salt.
To toast bread rolls in a toaster.
Cut open top with blade.
Fill rolls with chicken avocado mixture and serve immediately..
