Chicken burger with cheddar and tzatziki
Hamburger bun with a burger of minced meat and mustard, supplemented with cheddar cheese, tomato, iceberg lettuce, raw vegetables and tzatziki.

Mix the mustard, pepper and salt, if necessary, with the minced meat and turn with moist hands as many burgers as you need.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter and fry the chicken burgers for 12 minutes on medium heat.

Turn halfway and put a slice of cheddar on each burger for the last 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Cut the hamburger buns in half and grill the cutting edges and brown in 1 min.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Stir the buns each with some lettuce, 1 tzatziki, a burger, some slices of tomato and a little raw vegetables.

Mix the rest of the raw vegetables, tomatoes and lettuce with the oil. Serve the salad with the hamburger and the rest of the tzatziki separately.
