Directions

  1. Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Peel the carrot and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and carrot. Let the lentils drain.
  2. Add the lentils and peppers. Heat the dish through and through. Garnish the dish with cheese and serve with ciabatta bread.
