Chicken fillet with grilled melon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, galia melon, chicken breast (about 400 g), paprika powder, (olive) oil, baby potatoes (450 g), Dutch stir-fry mix (a 400 g) and vinegar.

Halve melon, remove seeds.

Cut melon into 12 parts and peel.

Rub chicken breast with half of paprika and salt and pepper to taste.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry chicken fillet in brown and cooked for 10-15 min.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and stir-fry vegetables and stir-fried vegetables for 10 minutes.

Remain paprika and add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat up the grill pan and grill melon slices in brown.

Place chicken, vegetables and melon on 4 plates.

Drizzle oil and vinegar over melon and sprinkle with pepper to taste..
