Little winter tag with sour herring
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (table (800 g)), sour herring (355 g), fresh coriander (15 g), piccalilly (a 340 g), mayonnaise, sliced red cabbage (a 300 g) and rye bread (Frisian (pack of a 500 g)).

Cut potatoes into quarters, boil in a layer of water with salt to taste in 7-8 min.

Drain and let it cool down for a while.

Cut sour herring into strips.

Cut coriander.

Mix Piccalilly in large bowl with mayonnaise.

Red cabbage, lukewarm potatoes, herring and half coriander.

Spread the salad on 4 plates, sprinkle the remaining coriander over it and add the rye bread..
