Chicken cloves with french dragon mayonnaise
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, chicken cloves (natural (about 500 g)), baby potatoes (potatoes, 700 g), onions (in half rings), Provencal wok vegetables (400 g), garlic (pressed), mayonnaise the Dijon (pot 235 g) and tarragon (pot 7 g).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the chicken puffs with salt and pepper and fry in 15 min. Brown and done. Times regularly. In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a skillet and bake the potatoes in 10 minutes until golden brown and done.

Spoon the onion and vegetables through the potatoes and bake all-in-4-5 minutes until al dente. Add the garlic and pepper and salt to taste and cook for another 1 minute. Scoop the mayonnaise into a bowl and mix the tarragon through it.

Divide the potatoes with the vegetables over 4 plates and put the chicken cloves there. Serve with the dragon mayonnaise.
