Chicken drumsticks with tomato salad


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (Pommonde bite (bag 2.5 kg)), olive oil, chicken drumsticks (seasoned (about 610 g)), cherry tomatoes ((a 250 g), halved), onions (in thin half rings), salad dressing balsamic (bottle 270 ml) and iceberg lettuce (with garden herbs (200 g)).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200º. Boil the potatoes in water with salt for 10 minutes. Drain and cut into quarters. Spoon the potatoes with the oil and salt to taste and put them together with the chicken drumsticks in the roasting pan. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes until done. Spoon halfway.
  2. Mix the tomatoes and the onions with the salad dressing. Leave the dressing to withdraw for 15 minutes. Divide the potatoes and chicken drumsticks over 4 plates. Put the iceberg lettuce next to it and put the tomato salad on it.
  3. Serve the potatoes and the chicken drumsticks with the tomato salad.
