Chicken fillet in spicy tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breasts, sambal bathrobe, tomato puree (70 g), chicken broth (from tablet), ginger syrup, oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped) and dark caster sugar.

Rub the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the filets around brown.

Place the chicken on a plate and gently fry the onion and garlic into the shortening.

Add the caster sugar, sambal and tomato paste and fry the onion mixture for another 2 minutes.

Add the chicken broth and ginger syrup while stirring and bring it to a boil over medium heat.

Put the chicken breasts in the sauce and let them simmer slowly (for 10-15 minutes without the lid on the pan).

Turn the fillets regularly.

Delicious with pandan rice and stir-fried pak choi..
