Chicken fillet with cashew walnut sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, limes, freshly cut (15 g), garlic, chicken breasts, salt and freshly ground pepper, salted cashew nuts and extra virgin olive oil.

Peel from a lime fine grating. Express both limes. Cut half of coriander leaves. Rub garlic and squeeze out 1 1/2 of the toe. Season the lime zest and finely chopped coriander through half of lime juice. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Have a taste of at least 30 minutes. Chicken fillet turn over in marinade. A tablespoon of cashew roasted golden brown in dry frying pan. Cut the rest of nuts with half a dozen garlic in a food processor. Stir the rest of lime juice and 3 tablespoons of oil through ground nuts.

Remove chicken from marinade, cook lightly browned and cooked in approx. 8 minutes in 2 tablespoons of oil. Warm the nut puree. Add so much water that thick, pourable sauce is created. Season with salt and pepper. Give some sauce over chicken and give the rest separately. Sprinkle with roasted nuts and coriander leaves. Tasty with rice and broccoli.
