Chicken fillet with spinach

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, heat in a stirring oil and add the spinach in portions.

Add the next hand of spinach only when the previous one has shrunk. Season with salt and pepper. stirring spinach as short as possible.

When the spinach has shrunk, transfer it to a colander, let it cool down until lukewarm and press out as much moisture as possible.

Clean the lemon. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Stir the grater through the goat's cheese.

Cut the chicken fillets horizontally so that you can put a filling in.

Sprinkle the outside and inside of the fillet with salt and pepper and then brush the inside with the soft goat's cheese.

Squeeze half of the spinach again and fill the chicken fillets, then seal with a cocktail stick. Brush the chicken fillet with the oil.

Heat the grill pan and grill the chicken fillets in this way for 12 minutes, turning halfway.

Divide the tagliatelle over the plates and place the rest of the spinach on top. Remove the cocktail sticks and place the chicken breasts on the spinach.
